SAR provides extraordinary experiences to students from the youngest in the Early Learning Center to graduating high school seniors. The opportunities for in-depth learning and exploration of subject matter are increasing at a rapid pace and enable students to find new passions. All of these opportunities require space– thus the need is more urgent for SAR to build new spaces and transform existing ones, to serve the needs of our students and execute on our mission with the fervor and dedication we bring to everything we do.
This project to improve our campuses and build an endowment, is our BIG BOLD FUTURE.
The new expansive spaces will give SAR students, staff, and community members more room for all aspects of school life with new classrooms, davening spaces, athletics, day care, communal gathering areas, and so much more. See our plans.
Our Torah links the generations. It is the source for a life well-lived and provides us with the blueprint for our avodah and purpose in this world. Creating the appropriate spaces for davening, chavruta, and deep learning, elevates the experience.
The dedication of our SAR faculty is incomparable. They teach, nurture, and support our students through an extraordinary educational journey. They innovate, model learning, and create experiences that prepare them for the future. Providing a work environment that is above and beyond is our goal. Enabling more parking and a Daycare Center are employee benefits that will help to attract and maintain the best of the best.
Facilities that encourage physical activity are key to our students’ developing healthy lifestyles. And of course, our community loves healthy competition. Our plans include a new (second) gym in the High School as well as a regulation size hockey rink. Both have spectator seating and will be a place of school gatherings, chagigas and lots of other communal gatherings.
Design Engineering. Robotics. Digital Modeling. Arduino coding. Electronic Circuits. Bioelectronics. And the list goes on. The common theme in these areas of study, as well as in emerging subjects, is the need for space. This project provides the platform for creativity and innovation.
SAR’s establishment and success stands on the shoulders of giants in Jewish education. We are fortunate to have many such leaders. In late 2022, one of those leaders – Mr. Ludwig Bravmann z”l passed away and in his final act of generosity, bequeathed a legacy gift to SAR that led the way for this campaign— to go BIG and to be BOLD.
